Artlink Agency — Services

Broadcast & Livestream Production Company in Nairobi

We deliver multicamera live production, professional event livestreaming, and broadcast-quality video for corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies, and media productions across East Africa.

Setup to Live Broadcast

Multicamera setup, connectivity test, broadcast graphics, live vision mix — what a professional event livestream actually looks like behind the scenes.

Your event has a capacity limit. Your livestream does not.

Artlink Agency is a broadcast and livestream production company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We manage the full broadcast chain — cameras, vision mixing, graphics, audio, encoding, and distribution — for corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies, government functions, and media productions across East Africa.

A professional livestream is not a phone propped against a wall. It is a broadcast production: multicamera coverage, live vision mixing, broadcast graphics, professional audio, and stable connectivity — all managed by a dedicated broadcast crew who understand that when you are live, there is no second take.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does livestreaming cost for a corporate event in Kenya?
Professional livestreaming for a corporate event in Kenya ranges from KSh 80,000–200,000 for a single-camera stream with basic graphics, to KSh 300,000–800,000 for a multicamera production with live graphics, professional audio, and simultaneous streaming to multiple platforms. When Artlink Agency is producing the full event, the livestream is scoped and priced as part of the overall production package.
What platforms can Artlink Agency stream to?
We can stream to any platform that accepts an RTMP stream — YouTube Live, Facebook Live, LinkedIn Live, Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams Live Events, Webex, Vimeo Live, and custom streaming platforms. We can also stream simultaneously to multiple platforms using multi-destination encoding. The client must have an active account on the target platform; we handle the technical integration.
What internet connection do I need to livestream a professional event in Kenya?
A professional livestream requires a minimum of 10–15 Mbps dedicated upload speed for a single high-quality stream. For multicamera productions with higher-quality encoding or simultaneous multi-platform streaming, 30–50 Mbps dedicated upload is recommended. The connection must be wired (not WiFi), dedicated (not shared with event delegates), and stable. We assess or specify connectivity requirements during the technical design phase for every broadcast project.
What is the difference between a single-camera and a multicamera livestream?
A single-camera stream uses one fixed or operated camera — suitable for talks, interviews, or webinar-format events where one shot covers the action. A multicamera production uses two or more cameras with a live vision mixer cutting between angles in real time, creating a broadcast-quality experience equivalent to television coverage. For conferences, award ceremonies, and panel discussions, multicamera production significantly improves the quality of the viewer experience and the credibility of your organisation's broadcast.
Can Artlink Agency provide both full event production and livestreaming for the same event?
Yes — and this is our recommended approach. When one company handles both the live event and the broadcast, the two are designed together: audio feeds, lighting, camera positions, and the run-of-show are all built with the livestream in mind from the start. When broadcast is added as an afterthought to an event managed by someone else, the results are nearly always compromised.
Does Artlink Agency provide a recording of the event after the livestream?
Yes. Every broadcast production includes a clean multi-track recording of all camera feeds and the final mixed programme output. This gives you a broadcast-quality archive of the event for post-production, highlights editing, or on-demand distribution. Recordings are delivered within 48–72 hours of the event.
